Serviced Offices

Langham House provides Serviced Office Suites ranging from 56sqft to 250sqft or a whole floor at 1500sqft. Lighting, heating, cleaning, Waste disposal and super fast broadband with backup is included so tenants can concentrate on running their company without the hassle of day to day building management and associated bills.

Pricing is transparent with no hidden costs. Phones and parking are optional to keep the cost down for those who do not need these services.

The Offices

We offer a total lettable area of approximatley 4000sqft, divided into 16 smaller office suites which are perfect for start up companies or small - medium businesses.

All our offices offer natural light and access to the common areas. Security is of high importance, therefore each office is fitted with its own keypad lock and the building is fitted with a high standard alarm system and remote viewing CCTV.

We also have a shop on the ground floor at the front of the building, with basement storage, so please contact us if you would like quotes on this.

We offer both short and long term tenancies with flexible monthly rates depending on the extent of service provision.   We are able to offer office sharing, for further details and prices please enquire via the contact us page.

Tenants have 24/7 access to Langham House, including the kitchenettes and toilets.

Communications

We take connectivity to the internet very seriously and employ an internet company to ensure a 99% uptime. We have invested in state of the art routers and backup routers to ensure resiliance.  We are committed to the fastest braodband available and currently have 2 seperate ADSL 2+ lines each with 20Mbps download and 2Mbps upload with low contention*. Refer to our welcome pack for full details.

We have an internal wired network and a wireless network with a sperate guest wireless network to maintain security.

Our Phone system is a state of the art Avaya IP office system and is fully configurable to allow tenants to divert calls and set up ring groups and voice mail.  We provide low cost call tarrifs and a free handset loan for each line.

We have computer network professionals on site to offer assistance with an option to set up or maintain your IT.
